A 50 ohm resistor places a 2w load on a 20v p-p square wave! Use 100 ohms 
for the test load when you adjust the pots. If the 50 ohm load is connected 
to a 20v p-p sine wave, as is the case once you have a series resonant LC, 
the load is 1W. (assuming no series resistance in the LC)
