Hey Bill,

Wow, some night!  Out of the three signals you see, the only one I can
ever copy is IP.  Tonight, right now actually, I see IP at
185.302.93kHz.  For the past 2 nights he has been going down by .07Hz
per night.  During November, I always copied him at just over 185.303k.
 I believe he is advertised at 185.302.85kc.

I'm hoping to see Mitch, but at 1803 miles, it will be a stretch.  Who
knows, as it stays colder up there it just may be possible.
