Like the Phoenix, raising from the ashes, TMO started changing frequency a
few minutes ago (~23:10 local time).

Why the change? A car left the parking lot and, while I was outside waving
goodbye, I decided to add another blanket to the pile. Seriously.

Looks like the previously published formula is working.

Currently, the local airport is reporting 12 deg. F, up from an earlier low
of 1 deg. F. As we warm up to the balmy 18 deg. F. predicted for tomorrow I
expect further frequency excursions.
