[Lowfer] Noon hour signals in London

Yes, I discovered that. I had a 50/50 chance of getting it right and I
twisted it the wrong way.

Without the benefit of a freq counter I have to run back and forth from the
site into the Inn and back out.

Here we go back out into the snow...
