Thanks for the tip. I'll get a bunch of them. I have tons of 1000pf and
lesser values sitting here now, but these will come in handy for 136kc.

Calling all loop club members and sympathizers:

All Electronics Corp at http://www.allcorp.com has 2000pf @500v dipped
silver mica caps for $0.35 each. (These are listed in Newark for ~$3) I
typically parallel three of them together and then experimentally add
addition mica caps in parallel to bring my loops into resonance. Using three
in parallel guarantees less than 1/2 A and 150vac in each capacitor when
used with a typical Lowfer loop.
