Hi Mitch,

I left for a  min-vacation Friday afternoon and am glad I decided to leave 
the beacon on. This 'dancing of the signal strengths' is quite interesting! 
It would appear from this series and others that there are no hard fast 
rules on propagation directions/strengths at any given time of the night? 
(day?)
