OK.   I've got a way to find station data from 3 letter call sign IDs of
NDBs.  Now, I need a web site which gives me the capability to work it in
reverse.   Let's say I want to know the freq and call sign ID of an NDB
located in Podunk Holler.  Is there a web site where I can crank in a
geographical location, and get the NDB nearest to that point?
