[Lowfer] The first one to pick up signals from my HIFER in Norway

John Andrews is the first one to receive signals from my HIFER beacon in Aas
( 59'',40',23.9 N  10'',48'25,9 E) near Oslo. Because of this positive
result, I will have a transmission in QRSS3 to night at 2300 UTC to 0600 UTC
as well, and keep transmitting this time limited transmission every night in
till Monday morning. Then I will take the system of the air for a few day
for a minor modification.
