I bet that is Dex trying out a new signal generator down there. Maybe he has
two SLM's running on the same antenna on slightly different frequencies. One
is saw tooth and the other is a dead carrier. Makes sense to me.

Here is a screen shot of someone taking "shots" at Jaws ?
That explosion occurs right at the low points of the sawtooth -
nice timing. Very good signals, with all stations fully audible here -
approaching 8 PM EDT (0000Z)
