That makes it all sound a bit safer. I think it is crazy to have bugs carry
a deadly virus like that. How's the southern fried insulators doing???

Well, luckily, it seems as though it's not too easy to catch, and you
may not even know you have had it.  Most of the folks around here who
have come down with West Nile Virus say they have been bitten many times
over several weeks.  However, there's not enough experience with it in
this country to say for sure just how easily one can catch the virus.

Only a very few folks seem to get really sick from it, and they seem to
be mostly in the elderly population.  Children seem to have better
immune systems, and usually recover quickly or show no symptoms.
