[Lowfer] Need info for Hifer band and limits...

Can someone tell me what the frequency band is for the 13mc Hifer band is???
I also need to know what is the limit on radiated and/or maximum permitted
power in/out is and antenna limitations are. I have been tied up with house
and family tasks lately so I have been off of my LF beacon project for a few
days. I hope to get back to it as soon as I can. The frequency will be
185.303, which is right in there with the Loopers.
