[Lowfer] Convert HF SWR Meter to VHF Use

I have an old Radio Shack SWR/Power Meter that is rated for up
to 30mhz with 20 watts being minimum setting. I'd like to
modify it for use on 49mhz and QRP rating of less than
1 watt (100mw being maximum power allowed).

Any ideas on what I'll need to change?
