[Lowfer] Co-ax/Feedline problem.

My shack is in a bad location (underground).  Running co-ax is not a problem
as I have a large conduit to the outside, but how do I get lines such as
ladder line or a single copper wire out without causing problems.  This
would be for receive only, OR is there a good co-ax for that doesn't choke
off the lower frequencies from about 30 KHz to 500 KHz.  I can receive this
range great with the ground on my co-ax disconnected, just the center pin
touching, would it be better to just run co-ax with no ground in my
situation?
