Thanks for the shot!! I am also using a loop here.
45 feet per side. Would have been 50 if I could just to get the hang of
using a tape measure.
It is resonated with 8800 PF of silver micas. Fed with 350' of RG-59 and
Ferrite core through which the loop passes(1 turn).
12 turns on the primary and it s a FT 1.4 -77 core. Have not played with
matching yet
60 millwatts of power go into the coax.
Could you do the mouse trick and hold it over my signal and then his to get
an idea of SNR difference between us.
This way I will know what size line to have the power company run into my
house so I can compete with him!!!
