[Lowfer] GPS-based Frequency Standard

Dexter,

I was thinking of constructing the unit. I checked
Brooks COnstruction and Setup notes on his webpage
and noticed that some of the chip were discontinued.
He may have a stock of these chips, but I would check with
him before building the unit.
