[Lowfer] 600 group - reflector?

Thank you.  After emailing keng@moscow.com, I got a friendly reply from
w8au@sssnet.com that included the following:

Although Conard, WS4S stated that the list was "closed" (see below) I didn't
get this feeling from Ken G's response.  I think it is safe to assume that
anyone who desires to listen to the list is welcome.  I believe that people
on the Lowfer list have pretty good manners and would not post there unless
they had something to contribute, or a valid question.  Some other Lowfers
have already joined the list and have gotten really favorable responses to
their posts.

If anyone on the 600MRG> list disagrees, please say so.  Thank you.
