[LogPlus] LogPlus website back up

Good news: The LogPlus website is back up.  It is requires some updating.

As one of many users of LogPlus, I have been anxious as to what would become 
of the program.  Looking at the alternatives always brings me back.  So I got 
with Bob Winters for coffee.  

Bob Winters has been very envolved in running a mult-million dollar project 
and has not had the time to keep up with LogPlus for some time.  He has put 
the site back up and will eventually produce a Windows version.  Don't press 
for progress reports as you will get them.
