[LogPlus] Help!

Hi; I have a version 4.1 LogPlus. My hard drive is divided into two sections, C: and D:. 

D: drive is were I put my amateur radio programs. E: drive is the CD drive. Now I can run Radio Amateur Call Book winter 2002 from E: drive. Problem is I can't get it to run using the Call Book on D: drive.(I have copied it to D: drive)

Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
