John:

You need to update award status either automatically or manually.  Here is 
how to do it.

Automatic:  Select DX Century Club (D) on main menu.  Select Award Update 
(Auto) (A).

Manual:  Select DX Century Club (D) on main menu.  Select Browse/Modify (C).  
Manually change the W (worked) for the mode/band for each country affected to 
C (confirmed).
