[LogPlus] Windows XP pro

Just been a bit off and got back recently to make
the hard decision of upgrading my computer to
WINDOWS XP Professional.
All seems to be running ok, even LogPlus works,
nevertheless I found this very anoying problems that
probably some of you might be able to help me.

1) Flying-horse Callbook lookup when you Log a QSO
    doesn't works at all.
     (This feature was working OK with Windows 98).
     ---> Is there a solution for this under Windows XP pro ?

2) LogPlus simply refuses to work maximized or full screen, instead
    all I can get is a rather small window with LogPlus inside (not good
    with the letters so small), is there something I can do to see it full
screen ?

I will apreciate your help in this.
