Having read the comments here, I think the answer to poor hamradio 
operators is clear - they are not using LOGPLUS.

We should make it mandatory that all ham radio operators (new or old) use 
LOGPLUS. This will instill understanding, tolerance and good operating 
manners. And if we find that they fail to use it, then as well as a large 
fine, we should make them use DX4WIN for at least a month. Of course, if we 
find they are already using DX4WIN then they are lost and we may have to 
make them join the circus.
