[LogPlus] LOGPlus Version 4.4 Release Notice.

I've just posted version 4.4
ftp://ftp.logplus.org/english/upgrades/v44.exe.

This version fixes the following - 
1. CT conversion date problem.
2. Odd WAZ updating.  Was not registering WARC bands.

Since Microsoft Outlook no longer allows me to send .exe files.
