[LogPlus] OJ prefix mapping

Before importing my IARU (WRTC) contest logs into LogPlus, I decided to
check on how the OJ prefixes would be counted for DXCC. Presently all OJ
prefixes count for OJ0.

It would appear that the easiest way to fix this is to change the
current OJ to OJ0 mapping to OJ0 to OJ0 and add a new entry that maps OJ
to OH.

This would work for me as all of my OJ0 QSOs have been with /OJ0
stations. Is there any documented activity from OJ0 that has used other
than the OJ0 prefix?
