[LogPlus] Packet Window While Logging.

Speaking from the outdated 3.56 perspective, I cant think of much I would
change in the Dumb Terminal mode DX packet window. It probably has
already changed from what I am looking at with Ver 4XX. I still would
like to have something that distinguishes between needed, and workied but
not confirmed. The strip acoss the top does that, but is usually gone
before I can view it.
