[LogPlus] Rotor Control in LOGPlus for Windows.

One of the users on the reflector asked about rotor control for the
windows program so I started to investigate the various options.
One of those options was the rotor-ez modification for the Hy-Gain
series rotorators.  The other day, I purchase one for my Hy-Gain
Tailtwister and installed it.  I can say without a doubt, I was excited
about the outcome.  I was impressed with its workmanship and easy of
installation. Since I have two more Hy-Gain rotors, I plan on upgrading
them as well.

When LOGPlus for Windows comes out, it will have support for the
following items - 

Hy-Gain DCU-1
Hy-Gain rotors with the rotor-ez card installed.  (see

Yaesu rotors with the rotorcard installed. (see
http://www.idiompress.com/rotorcard.html for information)
I do not plan on supporting the Yaesu rotor card because for $500.00
bucks, I can't afford to test it.
