[LogPlus] Version 4.2 Release Notification

Version 4.2 is not available.  Subscribers will receive the upgrade
shortly via email.
If you're not a subscriber, I'd recommend not download the upgrade.

The beta (setup.exe) and v3tov4.exe upgrades have not been upgraded to
version 4.2 as of today.
