[LogPlus] Runtime Error 200

Hi Steve,

I really appreciate your quick response.
The new Horse.exe wiped out "Runtime Error 200".

However, I am also still missing RAC data.
LOGPlus! installed on PIII/733 with Win98SE still
display "No Information Found" for Alt-Q as well as
PIV/1.8GHz with Win98SE.

So this trouble is not only due to your Win2000
but also Win98SE.
