I would try a GLOBAL DATABASE INDEX first.

Also Bob had sent along a warning about upgrade 4.16 but I forgot
> what it was.    when I install it I can not access the program.

I think from VER 4.16 on you need a new KEYFILE.  Make sure you have a
W7DON.LOG file in the PLUSV4 directory.
