[LogPlus] Version 4.6

Version 4.6 is now posted on the FTP site, I've also attached it to this
email.
Remember - you must rename the file from V46.LP to V46.EXE/

Remember - if you've not subscribed to updates, you can't use v4.6.

Changes - 
	1.  WPX updating -  Was not auto updating correctly. Fixed
(Works locally)
	2.  TS-2000 Support modified.  You must specify TS-2000 as the
radio.
