Yes, Steve is correct, its broken.  Its been fixed in v4.6 which will be
released soon.  If you have a file, please hold on too it and import it
when 4.6 comes out...which will be next week.

The importing of CT9 files seems to be broken in LogPlus 4.5

When importing a CT9 file, the frequencies are all wrong. I'm using
CT9.71 and C2A version 1.14. The ADI file seems to be fine. The bands
are correct, but the actual frequencies are not. Only 5 frequencies are
shown: 3795, 7195,14195, 21235 and 28495, although the ADI file shows
the actual frequencies.

I tried to import the ADI file directly, but got the same result.

Either method seemed to work with LogPlus 4.15, but seems to be broken
in later versions.
