This error is well known.  It's a problem with the data structures for
recording serial ports in the Windows Registry .

Check the LOGic forum for ways to resolve the issue - search for MSCORLIB.

I just needed a good nights sleep. All is working now except I'm getting a
Program Error when trying to open the Radio Setup menu in LOGic9. By
manually editing the .ini file I was able to change the comport.
