[LOGic] IE9, IE10 - DxSummit or Tellnet

When I am using DxSummit or Tellnet, menus are unrestive, My Mouse pointer turns into a spinning circle, it does not stop!!!!  In the 
mean time the menu pull down do not work!!!!!  does anyone have this problem?  I have been reading that IE9 and IE10 have this problem!
does anyone have a IE8 that they can burn a copy and any up dates for it,  and send me one on a CD, or does anyone have a Idea what
is the problem is?
