[LOGic] Logic9 - bulk update missing rst fields

I seem to remember some years back I imported a log and the rst received
and sent didn't get imported - some kind helper gave me the routine to
fine the blank fields in rst received and rst sent and insert 599 in
both.
 
I set up my new Logic9 a few months ago and have suddenly realised that
I didn't click the default rst box to 599 so I have hordes of qso's
without reports in there.
 
Can't find that message now - can anyone let me have the instructions
for that please?
 
I know it was relatively easy and took just a few key strokes - unlike
the task of editing every qso!
