[LOGic] Problem with CIV and Icom 7700

I am using the Micro Keyer II interface with CIV connection to my IC-7700.
Never had a problem with Logic 8. Now it gives me a frequency read, but
after a few seconds it goes to 0 with an OLE error code 0x80020006:Unkinown
name on Windows 7 Ultimate. I have tried all of the various ICOM rig types
to no avail, there is no IC-7700 listed. Anyone know of a fix for this.
