[LOGic] Logic 8 RTTY

Some time ago I was able to use a Kam Plus to work RTTY with Logic.  It
worked ok, however I never used the combination in a contest.  I have also
used MixW with Logic for RTTY.  I prefer to use Logic as a "master" log and
other software for contest work.  I have experimented with DXLab Suite.
Winwarbler works pretty well and provides RTTY, PSK31, CW, etc. DXkeeper
provides the logging.  This is a suite of independent programs that are
tightly integrated.  However, I am still using Logic for my "master" log.
