To expound on Kyle's recommendation, might want to dupe the FO-M line in the prefix table and edit the
duped line to only have TX7M in it. Then put a begin and end date in this new record. The dates are on their
web site. This group is also operating from 2 other islands in that FO group on different dates. These operations
are also explained on their web site. The prefixes are TX3 and TX5 (don't remember the suffixes). These should
added also in their own records in the prefix table with the corresponding dates.
