[LOGic] Southern Sudan

I know that the ITU still hasn't assigned prefixes for the new country
Southern Sudan or is it South Sudan but is it possible to add it to LOGic so
that ST0R will show up as a new country until they make up their mind? I
checked the DXCC list of valid values and see where there are already
entries for Sudan and Southern Sudan but neither have the ARRL country
number 521 listed on the ARRL's site. I would appreciate your thoughts on
this.
