[LOGic] Callbook look-up on QRZ.com no longer imports any details

I, too, use Firefox and avoid IE like the plague, however I have not removed
IE from my system. I believe the LOGIC "Callbook" window forces IE to be
used, so your suggestion to register & set cookie with IE may be correct,
but as said earlier, within LOGIC "Callbook" window you can either open the
"show web display" or open the "Browser" and scroll down to log into QRZ and
hence set that cookie.
