[LOGic] QRZ.com change kills LOGic 8

Many thanks to Dennis for helping me via remote log in and telephone...
he's disabled the callbook for qrz for the time being, and is going to provide a file to help if anyone, like me, ended up stuck since logic would get to callbook and lock up ...

The "fix" will be coming...
