[LOGic] BSOD with TRX-Manager and LOGic

The issue we had at work was with XP. I haven't been involved with
Windows support for about 5 years so know almost nothing about Win 7...
haven't even got it running at home! There are a lot of hams working in
IT so maybe someone more current has an idea. Good luck...
