[LOGic] Callbook preferences

I agree with Mel. Although my primary callbook lookup is set to QRZ.com.
Secondary callbooks can be setup also.

I use RAC. It has data that others don't have access to.

QRZ is best for internet connected hams because of self updates, but RAC 
is the best for non-connected hams.
