[LOGic] LOGic locking up

Hi Ben,

Were you having the problem with LOGic locking up with the feature where the
clock may be set to NIST as others were having?

I ask, because my system clock is set to UTC with NIST sync. I am running
WinXP Pro.

I am finally getting ready to install LOGic, after months of converting
paper logs into adif. I still have a long way to go however. I just want
to make sure there is a fix to the problem before I install.
