[LOGic] South Sudan in DXCC List

First of all, you should go to the prefix table for ST0, the deleted ST0.
Enter the begin date of 07 May 1972 and the end date of 31 December 1994.

Now it would be nice if we had a new prefix and a DXCC entity number for the
new ST0. I can guess the DXCC entity number will be 521, but I don't have
any idea what the new prefix will be. I believe you have to add one entry
each to the "lists of valid values" and "prefix list".

Subject: [LOGic] South Sudan in DXCC List

Any suggestions on how to add South Sudan to the list of valid values DXCC
table? I am assuming you can't just un-delete the old ST0, and I don't
think ARRL has assigned a DXCC entity number yet. Is there any way to fake
the missing information and edit it later?

Tnx es 73,
