[LOGic] NEW ERROR IN WEB CLUSTER DX SUMMIT

TRX-Manager has been, and still is, working perfectly with DX Summit, so
maybe TRX and LOGic are affected differently by any changes, if there were
any changes. I hope this fact helps Dennis if he's working in the problem.

I also have been experiencing the same issue the last few days.
I suspect DX Summit changed something and Dennis is all over it.
