[LOGic] Error while running LOGic8

If I encounter unexpected errors in any program I usually start with a 
Scandisk. Even with NTFS, unclean shutdowns can cause errors.

That particular error indicates an access error. If running NTFS makes 
sure you have read/write to the directories.
