[LOGic] PJ update

I don't understand why some folks had to manually enter VP6-D in the DXCC list of tables. I checked mine and all of my Ducie QSO's were properly referenced in the log from the 2008 DX pedition. When I checked following your suggestion, found that it was already in there. 
So, it must have been automatically fixed by a previous update. I had to do nothing manual to get VP6-D in there.

  I fixed it. I had to add VP6-D to the DXCC list. Tools, setup, list of valid
  values. Just add VP6-D to the DXCC list.

  I did the update and now I don't see ducie island VP6 when I do an awards
  update even though it is in the prefix table. Anyone else see this?
