[LOGic] Report for cards needed DXCC Application

Hi Julio:
Well, it kind of worked I got 6 hits instead of 4.
4 were what I needed, but it included EA and VE that I have many already
on paper and Lotw.
I am always doubtful thing that don't come exactly on the nose.
It makes me wonder what else it could have left out for the extra 2 added.
I think I tried this method last year and decided there must be a better way.
