[LOGic] RUSSIAN PREFIXES

Does anyone hv a good database for Russian Prefixes It seems the Logic
Database is not up to date. A lot of 9 and 0 show as European Russia and
when looked up in QRZ they are Asiatic Russia.

 

Any help appreciated
