[LOGic] New install and Windows 7

Hello,
I install LOGic on a newly re-formatted hard drive running Windows 7.  When I open LOGic 8.0.98, I get an error window:

Error 1733 "Class definition LOGICSERVER.SERVER is not found." has occurred in program
LOGICAPP.AFTER_INIT, line 24.

Attempt to continue?

If I press YES, LOGic starts normally and all my screens are there and it controls the radio.

Did I do something wrong with the install?

How do I correct this?
