[LOGic] LOTW in version 7

Thanks for all your support. Sadly to admit, but here it does not run.
Conditions are:
win xp professional and Internet explorer 6 (version 7 does not allow 
Logic to upgrade the several award through Internet, so I draw back 
to version 6)
Thanks again, I'll upgrade flag on LOTW Sent manually.
